Mama loves to share – THE LIVE SHOW!
Saturday 23rd November
Frankston RSL, Frankston.
2 Course Dinner + Show + DJ until late
Frankston mums are taking their popular online blog to the stage! After four years of running Mama loves to share together, long time pals Helen James and Lisa Schefman will be performing live at the Frankston RSL on Saturday November 23.
“We thought it was about time we took our content off the page and re-created it for the stage,” mum of three, Mrs James said. “It’s something we have been talking about doing for quite some time now, but we just needed to muster up some confidence first.”“We’ve got some great content so we can’t wait to see it play out live.”
Mrs Schefman, also a mum of three, said a meeting with a well-respected comedy producer helped prompt their show.
“He loved our ideas and said he would love to help us get this off the ground, so here we are, Mama loves to share, The Live Show is actually happening,” Mrs Schefman said.
The night will involve a two-course dinner plus a 90-minute interactive comedy show which includes original songs, skits, video clips, giveaways, motherhood discussions and much more. “It’s everything that our blog encompasses; real mum life, funny motherhood moments, the good, the bad, the ugly. It’s very relatable,” Mrs James said.
“Being a mum can be a tough gig, we all know that, so sometimes laughing about it with fellow mum’s is just what you need to reset and rejuvenate.” “Plus, let’s be honest, this is a great excuse to go out for a meal, a laugh and a boogie with your friends,” Mrs Schefman added.
On the night, there will also be a DJ for plenty of dancing after the show. Mama loves to share began in 2015 and has since gained more than 21,000 followers from around Australia.
