BREKKY TIME! Got a serious case of the CBF’s this morning but know you need something hardy for brekky to get you through another day of the school hols? This I Quit Sugar based breakfast EGGY MUGGIN is super quick, easy and delish!!!
2 x eggs
1 x tablespoon of frozen peas
1 x tablespoon of either chopped broccoli florets, chopped spinach or kale.
1/4 cup of grated cheese
1 x pinch of salt and pepper
Pop it all in a large mug, stir and whack in the microwave for two mins. It’s an EGGCELLENT way to start the day!
